How Karma Meal Plans Work
-Karma Kafe takes the hassle out of meal prep. We provide ready to eat grab-n-go meals.
-All of our meals are cooked here in our kitchen. We offer balanced meals with a protein (Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Turkey, Fish, or Bison ), vegetable, and nutrient dense carb.
-Our storefront location is always stocked with a variety of fresh meals to choose from!

-We cook 5-7 times a week! There are always fresh meals available.
-We offer breakfast & lunch/dinner options.
-All meals are fully cooked. Just HEAT & EAT.
-Our meals are weighed & measured.
-You can get as few as 1 meal, you do not have to sign up for a meal plan.
-Each meal has a label that displays macro-nutrient information, heating instructions, & a best-by date.
